I agree with the new owner potentially needing a discount to be enticed to play and that all the existing owners need buy-in to the discount etc... I don't get the "docked from his winnings" piece.
If you have a 10 team league and collect $100*9 + $75*1, then total prize pool is $975, and you make your payouts based on that, and whoever wins, has that $25 "docked" from his winnings?
