I'm top of the $200 + $500 leagues and I score 76 points. Very nice, I think. I'll go and have a look at the league table and see how many points I took out of the guys behind me...............and I'm in 3rd place!!!!!!!
Screw you guys, you sickos
A bunch of mates and I are starting a new league from next week. £10 in, bottom 2 or 3 weekly scores get knocked out. Last few get paid. We'll decide exact payouts/how many out per week once we see how many runners. We have 20 or so already. Send £10 (pounds sterling or the equivalent on xe.com) to matt20 to in. My mate will administer the league and I'll hold money.
Sorry if this has been answered before, could find anything on 2p2 search.
Has anyone got a link, or access to, an exportable DB of all the seasons FPL data? Want to do some more in-depth analysis playing FPL but struggling to find any of the raw data.
btw appreciate it's more organisation/hassle, but just a suggestion for future wagering... in another league i'm in, we put in £10 for each month (plus with overall season bet). can view league tables by month, so not difficult to monitor how everyone is doing. only 5 of us partake, but £50 up for grabs each month - only need to win 2/10 monthly competitions to break even. keeps things interesting for everyone even if you've had bad weeks/months and are a write-off in season-long bets.
I don't know about teams becoming too similar, I actually think the next few weeks will be very interesting - there have been quite a few injuries/suspensions which have broken up what was becoming the template team. I'm on my wildcard now and finding there are quite a lot of reasonable options - a few weeks ago it would have been unthinkable to be getting rid of Sanchez, but here I am considering it.
