Cliffs
- Predict the results of Premier League games
- Points awarded according to the odds of correct selections
- Player with the most points wins money
- Monthly prizes and 2015 trophy alongside the main season-long pool

How It Works
Everyone gets their own private entry sheet. Simply mark 1,X or 2 for a home win, draw or away win.



Points are awarded for correct selections. The points are derived from the odds for each match, so the more unlikely your prediction the more points you could score. In the above example, we've selected Tottenham to win away at Man Utd, and we'll score 54pts if we're right.

Each week, all players' selections are imported to the Master Sheet. The more observant among you may have noticed the deadline announcement in the top right-hand corner of the entry sheet; this tells you which rows need to be completed and by what time/date. Once a deadline passes, all predictions are dragged from the entry sheets onto the Master Sheet. As the results come in, the points are displayed:



There's also a handy Leaderboards tab so you can easily track your progress.

If at any time you're unable to access your sheet, you can send your picks direct to me via PM or email. Provided I receive them prior to the relevant deadline, you'll be fine.

Entry cost / Prize pools
The entry fee is $50, and mic_check12 will be the escrow. His Stars name is matt20.
The $50 entry fee is distributed as follows:
- $30 to the Overall Pool (which covers the entire 2015/16 EPL Season), with payout percentages according to the number of entrants. Specifically, the payouts for the Overall Pool are linked here.
- $20 to the Manager Of The Month pools, of which there will be 10 (Aug-May). $2 per entrant will be paid out to the top-scoring entry of each calendar month. MOTM pools are paid on a Winner Takes All basis, and are split in the event of a tie.
So for example, if there are a total of 50 entrants:
- The Overall Pool will be $1,500 and the top 5 will be paid.
- Each MOTM prize will be $100.

There are two additional (optional) side pools for extra interest:
- $10 “2015 Trophy” (Winner takes all; Awarded to highest scoring entry up to Dec 31 2015)
- $100 High Roller (Season-long pool with payouts as per this chart)

How To Enter
Send either $50, $60 or $160 to matt20 (Hainault) on Stars. If you're unable to send on Stars, PM either myself or mic_check12 and we'll do our best to accomodate you. Once you're paid up, PM me your email address (even if I already have it!) and I'll set you up with an entry sheet.

Have had a play around with the sheets and looks great.

Quick rules question - what happens if a player forgets to enter any picks one week? Do they simply get 0 points for that week, or is there a 'default' option like all home wins if you forget to enter?

I'm happy either way, just wanting to check.

No picks = No points. No exceptions!

If at any time anyone has difficulty accessing the sheet they can PM me on here or email me their picks. Placeholder picks are also allowed, so for example you could just mark 1 in every cell in the selections column and change them as and when you want.

Time for a bump! Here's a link to the Master Sheet, which every entrant ought to bookmark as it's where everyone's selections and scores will be displayed. Selections will be visible before the first match of each gameweek kicks off, as per the deadlines that are visible on the entry sheets.

Anyone who doesn't already have access to their own selections sheet should PM me their email address. Looks like we currently have around 12 entrants, which is fine but it ought to be SO MUCH MORE.
