My guess is if DK researches it and finds out that they aren't overlapping much at all in large field GPPs that they will make them move to just 1 account, but I dunno if they really hit them hard or anything (taking past winnings, kicking them off the site)

Yeah I got no clue how it unfolds. If they take that money, then why wouldn't other winnings they have gotten not be taken? Those dudes must keep 200k+ each on the site at least.

It's not one person per account. In dfs, you'd actually prefer as many sharp players as possible using one account. Ray and Cory could have two accounts and do twice the damage they are currently doing. I don't think people realize how much that crushes their ROI in steep payout structures, especially if they both fire max uniques.

The real problem here is that gameplay mechanics of dfs are fatally flawed. Even though I think PG/CA are in violation (my opinion), I really hope they don't confiscate money or permaban them. I think that's a terrible precedent to set here since it will likely ignite daily witch hunts by RG trolls that can't comprehend that duplicating lineups in a 3-man is -EV. I think the only real options are live with collusion or change the core gameplay.

It is one person per account. When it wasn't allowed in NY I had someone put dummy lineups for me in another state and I was temp banned and got this email:

We are writing to let you know that our geolocation system has identified that you have accessed the site from different geographical locations over a short time period. Due to this behavior being inconsistent with the ‘one user, one account’ policy, your account has been restricted. DraftKings has a ‘one user, one account’ policy that limits account access to one person.

Really annoying the direction draftkings is going with their payouts in the 3s...30k prize pool and 1k to first?? As a casual losing player as little appeal to me as I play for fun and the lottery ticket aspect...seems they are going this direction with a lot of their contests.
