Kenpom is a huge indicator and help to projecting minutes by looking at past 5 games lineups. Plus for me when I break down a slate I go game by game on Kenpom and compare starting lineups to see if a big may get more run or less depending who they are playing for example like an ND team, teams playing them are gonna run more guards than bigs usually to compensate to keep up with them.
Experience and watching is key too.
Then you just have your ******* coaches like pastner and Barnes who literally have no rotations but many coaches rotations are set by February

I like Kenpom, and I find the game-by-game approach using his stuff helps a lot, but it's still new to me. I almost feel like I should switch to MLB with the seasons ending soon, and the action seems to be mostly from regs.
