Thoughts on the following trade..

Standard keepers league,

I am initially keeping

1) Julio
4)D. Thomas
5) Gore

That is really all the value I have for keepers at the moment.

Someone offered me the following trade

1) Gronk
8) powell

for

1) Jones

Do I ever take this trade? All the elite rbs are taken in the draft and with my 2 pick I can probably either scoop Fournette or lynch, do I run with jones or try and lock up my TE and grab an addtional back then draft a decent wr in the 3rd?

Bilal in the 8th is ok value heading into 2017 drafts, but I'm never making that trade.

Keeping Gore for a fifth seems high (though a lot can depend on who everyone else's keepers are).

Of course you keep gore in that spot. It's not a traditional 5th with all the keepers.

Yea, I have to keep gore lol. It sucks but I do.

The rb options are pretty much limited to lynch and rookies.

I do have a second and 3rd pick to use though which will be nice because I think there will only be about 10 picks before I get to pick twice.

So just keep jones then?

14 so far; last year was the first time I cracked double digits. Hoping to do around 25-30 this year.

Gonna really ramp it up in mid-August when there are more casuals.

So random question

12 man 0.5 ppr snake draft.

I have pick numero uno which is good. Plan is DJ which is fine.

Have organised a prop bet with the guy who has pick 2 that if he wins, I will pick Bell, and he can have DJ. If I win, I get to pick ahead of him for rounds 2 and 4.

I care little for the league, and more for the banter/challenge of playing golf for the rights for DJ (even though I already have him)

My question is how many picks would you need to swap (in the even rounds) to give up number 1 and DJ for number 2 and Bell?

Yea I'm actually leaning Bell ahead of DJ. It's super super close though imo.

Whenever I've gotten the 1.01 in MFL10s I've selected DJ simply because doing so will keep my overall portfolio of DJ+Bell balanced closer to 50/50 than if I chose Bell. In my 14 MFL10s so far, DJ has fallen to 1.02 only once.

Got a trade offer I don't think I should be mulling over for long, but for some reason I am. It is a ppr dynasty league that I have won 2 years in a row. He offered his Bell for my Zeke, which I declined. He then offered Bell and Ty Montgomery for my Zeke and James White. Do you take this?

I don't think Montgomery has any long term value, is he really the RB answer for the packs?
Long-term I probably keep Zeke even though he's being a knucklehead right now.
Definitely close, would be interested to hear other people's opinions.

I was also thinking about trading Hilton for a pick and keeping Miller. I like the idea of having McCoy/Miller as my RBs because I find the depth at the position pretty rough after Lamar. I`m going to make the trade and take a couple shots at rbs, and hope to get lucky on 1 or 2.

Walker is most likely on a downward tragectory. As much as DJ and Bell on one team is enticing, you are giving up way too much in a keeper league forguy who has a history of being suspended and injured.
