Adams, Pryor, Tate, Robinson I would take over Tyreek as well.

Ya i think his ADP is too high as well. Love him as a player but his ceiling is capped in that offense. He was already seeing a lot of doubles near the end of last year but i think teams will do a better job of defending him now. I wonder how much hes gunna line up in the backfield now that hes the #1

I would take him in the 6th-7th at best.

If what you guys are discussing/projecting turns into ADP/auction price, I'm going to have a ****load of Jordy Nelson this year.

Antonio Brown is awesome, but Ben is a bit fragile, and he needs Ben.
ODB has some serious comeptition for TDs now. You don't need to force it in anymore. I can see Marshall put up similar TDs to ODB based on coverage etc...
Evans, is also going to lose some looks to Desean.

Jordy seems to be the most likely to keep his form. I think he has been top 3 in 2014 and 2016 and he is one full year away from the 2015 injury.

I like.

Julio could break records this year. I still love Evans for PPR especially. I rather go with the RBS by Nelson just because of the depth of RBS there are compared to WRS.

A preliminary glance reveals that RBs APPEAR deeper than last year did, but a lot of this seems like fools gold to me. Fournette, Melvin Gordon, Jordan Howard (maybe an exception in this list) Adrian Peterson, Marshawn Lynch and maybe Lamar Miller all appear too early for their ADP. I'd be willing to consider Howard or Miller in their position in some spots.

Related, I am having trouble with what to do in a snake draft, standard NFL.com scoring after drafting a WR round one such as Antonio Brown, OBJ, Julio Jones - the best choices following that are looking like Dez Bryant or Jordy Nelson IMO, but if you're lucky you might catch Devonta Freeman. Problem is with drafting 2 WRs in a row, if you don't hit the jackpot on later RBs, you're likely suffering there for a while until one of the backups you draft move up in the depth chart.

Am I maybe missing something here?

Assuming 12-teams, if your draft position is such that you can get one of AB/ODB/JJ (i.e. top 8) then I don't think Freeman or Jordy fall to you in round 2. Dez might/should be available though.

If you want a RB in the mid-2nd, Murray is a reasonable pick. Of course, Derrick Henry blah blah blah - but hey, that's why Murray is a 2nd rounder and not a 1st rounder.

I'm basing this all (incl. my earlier posts ITT) from MFL ADP...any other ADP sites/sources (FFC, Yahoo, ESPN) are trash at this point in the season (no one completes mock drafts, and none of the non-MFL ADPs are based on real money leagues at this point anyway).

Mariota may be the steal QB of the year.

Throwing depth is stacked. Reasonably easy division. Mariota has already been doing well. I believe they could be behind in a lot of games as well.
PFF has him ranked as 13th QB.
I would take him over Stafford (7th??), Newton, Jameis, Cousins, and Prescott (because of his schedule).
If I wanted to include ADP and value, I would take him over the rest besides the elite two, and maybe derek carr depending on where he lands as well.

Stafford may be a bad QB, but the volume the last two years makes him a top 7 fantasy QB. Now if through some miracle they actually run the ball, his value drops off the face of the earth.

Did anyone play Yahoo Pro leagues last year? How are they? Are they soft or pretty difficult? Are the teams active and have you noticed any colluding?

thanks for the insight.

what are people's thoughts on gillislee? can he be the next blount? or will the NE backfield be its usual random star of the week self, making it hard to bank on anyone in particular?

I was thinking that it's the random BB choice of the week, but I see Gillislee's ADP rising. I won't own any Pats RBs this year, I think.

i thimk one of gillislee or lewis will be big, whoever gets the most chances alongside white

It won't be Lewis.

Has that backfield ever been a bigger mess. You would think white is the safest in ppr but so many people back there to share snaps with.

There are so many who can catch it well, too

so in a PPR deep dynasty league, i have the option in a (larger) trade to either trade gillislee or duke johnson. if i deal duke johnson, i have to include another piece (like a mid range DP, so not huge, but something)

do i deal gillislee or johnson + something small.

Gillisee and White are the only RBS of interest.

Gillisee was a machine last year under buffalo (BEHIND mccoy) and now he has a starting role on the best team in football, who are run-first. Even if he gets half of Blount's TDs he's worth his ADP.

James White I like only in PPR dynasty. He just signed an extension until 2020 so obviously Brady & co. want to use him as a utility back.

Lewis is too injury prone and there's too much depth for him to contribute for fantasy purposes.
Burkhead will not see enough touches for me to draft him this year.

its in a multi sport dynasty league, so its a large and complicated deal.

id take gill, not even close, barring an injury he keeps his value with the ocasional monster game.

thoughts on mccoy being drafted 3/4/5? ive been thinking that the worst should be 5 behind big 3 and ab, but oersibally i think its a coin flip at best, really like him this year.

thought on hyde as well? have been growing on him and last year he was super steady besides the games he missed

I like mccoy at 7. I can't see myself taking him over ODB or Jones. Especially in a PPR league.
I don't like any of the RBS until ajayi after mccoy.

Hyde really depends on his ADP for me. Wouldn't take him anymore than a RB2 with the idea that I'm drafting a stack of RBS in the mid-late rounds.
