Cutting morrison in an obp league is a mistake at this point imo

If you MUST cut someone of those 3 ya it's morrison but you should make every effort to make a consolidating trade before you do

I can also trade arenado ($10) for betts ($2). Which is very tempting with Donaldson coming back soon

He's near the top of the leaderboard on statcast's "barrels," and has run horribly on batted ball luck

I can't get any trades through in roto lately it's crazy. I'm offering posey + Pineda for decent catcher + good (non elite) closers and everyone is sending back "lol no"

Am I just too high on Pineda? I feel like he's a top 15 pitcher

He's not top 15 but he's definitely worth a non elite closer straight up imo. Downgrading posey on top of that seems a bit mad.

My leagues a bit closer crazy. Someone just traded carrasco and strasburg for colome and rich hill...

That craziness is why I was willing to mildly downgrade posey because I thought it would be required to get a Matt bush type and I still got "lol no" and "not a big posey fan so no"

Peacock is starting tomorrow for Houston since Keushel went down.

I have a couple of shares because I like relievers that qualify as starters to plug in the SP spot when I have no starters that day. I like getting as many quality RP innings as I can get.

But I'm not sure I want to play him as a starter. If he goes in the rotation full time I will probably drop. Do you think he is worth a shot as a starter?

1. Not a platoon
2. He's not great against lefties (his splits hide the fact that his BABIP against them is huge and he has a 33% krate) but he's far from hopeless
3. Hard hit up at the expense of soft hit
4. Soft hit for April was down from last year as is, in may it's at 6% with hard hit at 55%

He's pretty locked in right now and he's mashing. Power potential always existed, might be realizing it

I need some pitching and am looking at prospects. Who is really out there at this point? Giolito, Berrios, De Leon and Honeywell are already on rosters.

This is a keeper league but due to some league-specific stuff I doubt I would keep any anyone I pickup so just looking at 2017 impact

Jacob Faria is probably the person I'd be looking at for starters. Erick Fedde could be the Nationals closer by year-end.

Man, wtf is going on with Kipnis??
Still hurt? Decent buy low or is he just hopeless. OBP under .250, BB rate is under 4% and hes shown absolutely no power.
His soft hit % and and SwStr% are both up a bit from his career norms, but I cant find anything totally egregious in his batted ball or plate discipline profiles.

Asking because I have an opportunity to trade for him in a league Im starting a combo of Kinsler, Owings, Walker, and Harrison at 2B/SS/MI but is Kipnis even an upgrade over any of those guys?
