in a 6x6 with rbi, runs, total bases, stolen bases, obp, home runs H2h categories how valuable is marte really in a ten teamer? i have maybin, pollock, goldy at the moment already (altho i lost trea turner). am i crazy for thinking he is really not very worthwhile considering steals are one of 12 cats and his value seems to be a lot worse in obp leagues than ba leagues?

the median amount of steals in my league is about 48 and i have 94 so far so i should have trading partners for steals but also it's a ten teamer and the wire is flush with outfielders

my infield is hurting with trea turner out would i be crazy for trading him for like gyorko and a reliever? sorry if stupid question i know i have made some dumb trade posts in this thread but i don't really see how he is that much better than cameron maybin in an obp league but with 3x the name value. more rbis and some more homers maybe plus i guess it is reasonable to think that with everyone else hitting the **** out of the ball zips/steamer/etc are undershooting his likely homeruns when he gets back

edit- i guess he will hit a lot more xbhs probably too to help tbs so maybe i am exaggerating

You could be getting a lot more for marte. I'd try and get someone like andrus potentially if you really want a MI

would love to get andrus but team that owns him has 2nd most steals by about 20 on the 3rd place team and andrus has been so hot can't see him trading. i'll keep in mind to try to look for someone in that tier though thanks

can yall help me figure out trevor story's keeper value a bit?

in a 6x6 (obp + tb, and with QS) keeper league. can keep 5 per year with increasing rd.

currently have (with their next year's keeper value, as my potential keepers):

avila
encarnacion
c taylor/gennett
gallo (25)
machado (5)
springer (10)/ blackmon (22) / cutch
then rotate story (12) / souza (25) / mancini/ m smith in 2 util spot

pitching is a mess with: lester/pomeranz/roark/miranda/martes/holland/bauer

story can be kept for a 12th rder next year and then 9th the year after, so still really good value. and probably the best asset i can deal for a pitcher.

would trading story for hamels (who could be kept for a 5th, so basically not keepable) be enough value? or paxton (7th)?

how else could i be valuing story at this price/level?

If you could get story for paxton in that scenario I'd be pretty pumped. Stories value is incredibly low right now and he's one of those guys that could easily be waiver fodder into the future

Has looked very good, and is worth keeping an eye out if he keeps it up

Semein 1/2 with 2 runs and a steal in his return so far. According to the Oakland announcers his wrist had been bothering him throughout Spring Training and even last year. Given how his rehabs looked, if he's actually healthy I think he's a very solid SS speculative add.
