Looking to get into some MLB DFS this season. Are there any beginner's guides that are must-reads?

I know weather and position in the lineup are huge, but just curious as to other basic tips?

Anyone know, if you win a seat to a live final, then your state declares DFS illegal can you still participate? Technically the live final is in another state/country.

Asked this before, with no answer, and also asked DK and they were not able to give me an answer.

That's kind of what I'm getting at. I mean it's no different than going to Vegas to bet on sports because it's illegal in home state.

Congrats man, Rizzo went off yesterday so tilted I only used him once and had tons of schwarber.

i got lucky with heyward over schwarber in all my lineups as they were same price. tiebreaker was just spot in the order.

also hit on peralta/segura, only dud was castillo but i was deciding between him and montero anyway and they went like 0-11

Yahoo's decision to give out some free daily fantasy entrees is looking like a pretty good investment as far as I'm concerned. I can see getting into this.

All the starting pitchers were horrible today. My bright note was stacking SD players on the 4 games slate winning enough to cover my losses going 80% Archer, every favorite lost all the high totals went under. And that sweet no hitter didn't even get a win and took an earned run. Keep looking to tomorrow.

YMMV on profitability. The landscape has changed, but FD is back to selling out most GPP's hours before lock.

Luckily no one appealed to me that much from BAL. Switched to Davis in a very small play once it looked like the game was back on.

Pretty sure I subbed out Rasmus or Springer for him, too. :|

Trying to take down the $2K GTD and $500 GTD on Yahoo! tonight.

Pretty sizable lead in the single-entry, but the $2K I am in second. Down 5 points.

Need Hill to keep balling and somehow see Hamels lose the lead.
