Yes, this is what they have listed for Rosters:

TEAM ROSTERS

• Rosters will consist of 10 players and must include players scheduled to play in at least 2 different MLB games.
• Rosters must have no more than 5 hitters from any one MLB team.
• The 10 roster positions are: P, P, C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, OF, OF, UTIL (UTIL includes all hitters)

So you can't stack just a coors game

Nope, it has to be two different games (you could still have 7 players from the Coors game and one from another game, although if will be tough to fit that many hitters in if Coors pricing is similar to last year. Last year they made it tough to do without taking min-priced pitchers).

Looking back at last year, pricing was out around 3/6-3/10 for both DK and FD, so we should have our initial player pricing any day now. The season is starting about two days earlier this year as well.

Did they do spring training games last year ?

No, and I think the reason they don't is it would just be a huge cluster with all the split-squad games and substitutions, and other rules, such as managers can agree to just end a game early if they want, as well as pricing a ton of unknowns. I guess you could just tell everyone to deal with it but seems like it would be too much of headache for both the sites and the players. It could be fun on a limited basis but I think we are better off just waiting for the regular season.

It won't be long before we have multiple slates to chose from every single day (other than the all-star break) for the next 180+ days!!! Any given day might not be as exciting as a Sunday in the NFL but no sport is better suited for DFS than MLB!

The way it is worded now does not specify hitters (I believe it used to) so different pitchers may count towards the limit now.

Fanduel has changed their scoring:

Hitters
1B = 3pts
2B = 6pts
3B = 9pts
HR = 12pts
RBI = 3pts
R = 3pts
BB = 3pts
SB = 6pts
HBP = 3pts

Pitchers
W = 12pts
ER = -3pt
SO = 3pts
IP = 3pts*

*Fractional scoring per out.

So...they just multiplied all their scoring by 3?

I don't play on FD, but 12 points for a Win seems way too high.

They definitely needed an utility position but I don't like dropping to only 2 outfielders for it. The SB changes seem fine and don't matter too much. I do like the max players per team down as staking lineups is so popular in MLB DFS.

I think I'm a fan of these changes. While they are minimum they were so different between DK & FD. I hated the negative points on FD where a guy that goes 0-4 ends up with negative 1 point.

Fanduel has MLB posted! I'm only seeing 4/4 though, nothing for 4/3 yet.

DK has their first contests up. Looks like they decided to stick with 3 OF spots and scrapped the util idea.

Speaking of noobs, this is my first time doing MLB DFS. Just finished my first season doing NFL(and NBA and NHL eventually) just recently, so not a total noob. Anything I should know or helpful link/books to read specific to MLB?

Weather is the first place I look each morning when going over the slate.
