I haven't seen anything concrete, but Aguilar posted on twitter:
"3 biggest requests in 2015 were lower max players per team, ability to play 1B/DH on same LU, and remove caught stealing"

Also, seems like they added util by dropping an OF, since he also said "you can still play 3 OF's"

I'm mixed on the changes. I assume we are just going to see a lot of 5/3 stacks now. I think requiring hitters on 3 different teams like they had was better if for nothing else than more variety/uniqueness in lineups. I like the addition of a utility player but wish they would have added it as an additional position instead of removing an OF. I like they removed the negative for caught stealing. The reduction from 6 to 5 for stacking is probably best for the game long-term.

It does for me: The 10 roster positions are: P, P, C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, OF, OF, UTIL (UTIL includes all hitters)

EDIT: Looks like it shows all the detail from my desktop but excludes a lot of info when looking from mobile/phone
