Pick 5 to keep, round next to their keeper round. We have some rules to increase keeper cost dramatically after a few years, so I noted some of those too

I feel like Story and Hendricks are for sure, Machado feels wrong not to keep for a 5th, then...Urias? Between Blackmon/Franco, probably Blackmon? Springer and Lester seem the best to let go/trade, even though they're solid value

Urias over Hendricks for me. I dont trust Hendricks stuff and his K-rate is solid but not fantasy ace level. Also I feel like if you really want him you could reach in the draft and still get him pretty cheap because there has been virtually no hype about his season

I'd keep Story, Blackmon, Springer (especially with OBP/TB) and Machado. If I can only keep five players I would lean Lester regardless of the draft slot . I'd punt on young pitchers like Urias especially when he will probably get babied out of QS again next year (plus if you can trade for picks, Urias should fetch you something decent).
