I currently have Ebron. Probably dropping Shaun Draughn (own Hyde) and will reevaluate when I can open a roster spot via Brady return, Tyrell sucking, or dropping Ebron/Barnidge.
Did you see something I didn't see in the Detroit game?
Ebron was 5-46-1 on 5 targets. Do you think Barnidge will be that much better? I have my doubts
Barnidge breakout was 2015 - great numbers but guess who didn't play in 2015 - Josh Gordon, guess who is coming back in 3 games, Josh Gordon
So lets check the Barnidge numbers for the previous two years when those two played together - 29 games 26 catches 283 yards and 2 tds (IN TWO FULL SEASON) - we can all agree those numbers suck for even a blocking TE
2015 Browns only had one decent WR in (travis benjamin) so there was NO other option to get the ball to the other WRs, dont laugh (5 catch dwayne bowe, 27 catch andrew hawkins was the wr2) it was a putrid collection which mostly likely acconted for the increased catches from Barnidge
2016 Browns add WR Coleman with their first pick and seem to have had some success converting Pryor to WR. plus they took several more WR in the last draft that i cant name.
cliffs:
1 -I don't think Barnidge can get anywhere close to his numbers from last year (catches -yards -TDs)
2- I think anyone with Ebron is in great shape as he didn't cost a high pick and looks like he will be involved every game. I am thinking TE 5-10 by the end of the season
