Demarco. I'm super thin at rb

14 team PPR. 3wr/2rb/te/flex. Only 5 bench spots.

My 2-0 team

Tannehill, Mariota
jarvis, mike evans, smitty sr, allen robinson, stevie johnson
jamaal, woodhead, gore, christine michael
austin sef-jenkins, antonio gates
kicker
defense

other team is 0-2 and has a very unaware manager

rivers, ryan fitzpatrick (lol)
davante adams, mike wallace, eddie royal, brandon coleman, davante parker
cj anderson, tre mason, gurley, polk
gronk, fleener
kicker
defense

so as you can see he is carrying unnecessary backup qb and TE and just has a team that is in rough shape.

is there anything that i can offer as a package for gronk? woodhead+jarvis+gates? not enough or too much?

also matt jones is the best player available on the wire and if i were to do a 2 for 1 etc, i would put in a big bid on him

Allen Robinson just went big. You can try Woodhead Arob and Gates and hang onto landy who will be worth more over the season, IMO.

Yea I'd hate to lose Landry. But does that offer really do it?

12 team 1 pt per first down

3 wrs, 2 rbs, 1 te, flex

receivers (TRASH)- jefferey, harvin, hurns, randle, quick
rbs- leveon bell, eddie lacy, j-stew, matt jones, andre williams
tes- reed/cameron

if i could get t-will for jones from the owner who has morris, i should take it right considering the state of my receivers? what about garcon? boldin? he has all three of those and can only start 1 out of those 3. not sure if i can really aim higher on other teams but considering he has morris i feel like he would give up one of those

For a lot of people, Arob is worth more than Landry right now.

These are the same types who wanted Mariotta or Alex Smith over Peyton Manning after week 1.

14-team, .5PPR

My 1-1 team:

Stafford
Le'Veon
Ivory
Megatron
Cooks
Jordan Reed
Stevie Johnson
Panthers
Scobee (lol)
Agholor
T-Bridge
Ellington
Doug Martin
Ryan Mathews

Their 1-1 team (owner was freaking out after Week 1, snuck out tight win in Week 2, unabashed Saints fan)

Brees
Marshawn
Dion Lewis
Amari Cooper
Edelman
Heath Miller
Malcolm Floyd
Patriots
Vinatieri
Arian Foster
CJ Spiller
Jameis
Reuben Randle
V. Davis

Is there any way I could possibly pry Edelman away on the cheap? Maybe thinking of shopping some package of Stevie/Agholor/Doug Martin. Or am I overvaluing Edelman too much?

edelman is a stud and his wr1. no way is he giving him up for stevie j and dougie fresh.

his team actually looks ok once spiller and foster are healthy

I agree with Tom. I missed the boat on Edelman. Somebody has to catch all those balls from Brady.

So I'm having a tough time deciding if this type of trade is worthwhile. Hoping some of you guys will chime in.

Keep 2, you pay up one round to keep, first rounders can never be kept. You can keep for 3 years, this was a startup this year.

IDK if you guys need my whole team here, we have 19 players. QB-RB-RB-WR-WR-WR-TE-Flex-Def , 1 pt PPR

He wants to give me a 4th rounder next year, and me pick either Wheaton or Percy Harvin for Moncrief. I drafted Moncrief in 12th round, so he is a keep for 11th next year, then 10th and last 9th.

I'll give you my RB-WR group and list everything else like rounds drafted or whatever if you think its necessary.

AP-Devonta Freeman-Isaiah Crowell-Josh Robinson-Jeremy Langford

TY Hilton-Cooks-Amari Cooper-Donte Moncrief-Martavis Bryant-Sammy Watkins-Hankerson

Should I be willing to make a deal like this, or is this selling way too low on a guy like this? What should I ask for? He doesn't have much in way of RB I think he's starting Johnathan Stewart and Sproles.

no dont do it. moncrief is a legit wr2 ROS.

4th rounder is really a 6th rounder right?

i think you are better off just waiting. once tevin coleman comes back from his injury and martavis comes back from suspension you can look to flip a WR for maybe a rb2?

Agreed, gotta keep Moncrief.

12 team non-ppr, standard scoring, 2 RB 2 WR 1 flex. Roster:
QB: Palmer, Tannehill
RB: Miller, Hyde, Murray, Ellington, Woodhead, Mathews
WR: Evans, Maclin, Tate, Watkins, Boldin
TE: Kelce

Trade Kelce/Ellington/Watkins for Gronk? Sounds like a lot to give up but I'm so deep at RB I feel ok without Ellington. Nothing worthwhile available in free agency at WR. He'd also take Tate instead of Watkins.

Thanks for the input. When I got to thinking about it, myself keeping Moncrief for those rounds seems like a huge win. I will need to flip someone though, in order to get another RB.

from the general thread, thought I could get some opinions here:

Landry
Robinson
Marshall
Jeffery
Agholor
Tate
Watkins

I'm thinking of offering Tate or Watkins for him. Fair? Too much on my side?

Odell, Mega, E.Sanders, B.Coleman, e.royal
Ladarius Green

the team with gronk is gonna be 0-2 and stinks, weak at rb and wr (starting joique and ryan matthews at rb, AJG and mike wallace at wr). what should i offer for gronk? its worth noting that this fellow is generally tough to trade with and loves gronk.

im thinking of offering [sanders+any rb+green]
this would leave me weak at flex but i have reasonable options especially for a 14 team league until i find someone good available in waivers. i like sanders but his value will probabaly never be higher this season.

thoughts from his and my perspective?
he went in the tank and declined
dion
green
sanders
karlos williams
for gronk and charles simms

he countered with
gronk and simms
for
dion lewis, matt jones, sanders.

this would leave me thin with gurley, martin, spiller, williams at rb
and odell, mega, coleman, royal at wr.

should i keep my current assets and wait for a better spot to wheel and deal or jump on gronk while i got a chance? im torn.

I have Lamar Miller and was offered Dion Lewis + Terrance Williams for him. .5ppr, everything else is standard. Start 2wr, 2rb and 1flex. My RB and WR are as follows:

RB:
Miller
Gordon
Ellington
Gio
Duke Johnson
+#2 waiver in for Matt Jones

WR:
Julio
Beckham
Tate
Moncrief
R. White

Terrance Williams doesn't have much value to me so I would make a counter of some sort, but it mainly boils down to is Lewis > Miller going forward?

I'm low on Miller and wasn't excited to draft him but I went WR WR and that's the way it worked out. On the other hand, who knows what the flavor of the week is going to be in the Patriots backfield. I haven't really had a chance to watch much of the Patriots or Dolphins so wanted to see what you guys thought.

I'd take Lewis by himself for Miller.

FBG has Lewis #10 and Miller #24 PPR RB for ROS, fwiw.

As a Bell owner it would need a ton, something like Gronk + an RB2, or low RB1 plus a high WR2

10 team ppr 4 man bench

I'm being offered to trade my Steve Smith Sr for his Stevie Johnson + James Starks

My roster
Tom Brady
Odell Beckham
ARob
Alshon Jeffery
Steve smith sr
Eddie Lacy
Carlos Hyde
CJ Spiller
Tevin Coleman
David Johnson
Martellus

Problem is with the 4 man bench I'm gonna have to drop Starks as soon as Lacy is back, and Lacy might not even miss any time. So it's basically Steve Smith sr for Stevie Johnson with the added value of the Starks handcuff. Also gonna have to drop David Johnson to make room. I'm thinking I might take it since sssr is gonna lose touches to Breshad The Burner once he comes back

1 pt ppr 12 team 1qb/2wr/2rb/1te/flex

qb- palmer/newton
rb- j-stew/ivory/ryan matthews/rashad jennings/knile davis/lance dunbar
wr- aj green/davante adams/allen robinson/brandon coleman
te- Gronk/Eifert

just got offered doug martin/frank gore/t.y. hilton for gronk/cam/coleman

tempting offer given my lack of good depth and eifert just on my bench every week. i'm just worried i'm gonna end up with 4 similarly placed mediocre rbs though. if woodhead was offered instead of martin or gore would you guys accept?
