Julio Jones limited in practice today, likely to be GTD.

Still shady. It's your responsibility to watch out for bye weeks. If you wanted to avoid this you should have made a trade/WW transaction earlier. It's just downright not fair that ONE team gets the benefit of "renting" out a better player just because you can't manage a roster. Every other team had to deal with their bye weeks by starting less than stellar player or through WW transactions. Why do you get to be so special?

yeah wish he had a better qb to get him the ball but he's def someone to keep an eye on, he's easily the skins best receiver right now...

Beanie is all you have to drop? No, Benson sucks.

now is not the time to drop beanie

@kentsomers Kent Somers
RB Beanie Wells says he feels better than he has in a month. Knee not 100 percent but improved

put in a full practice too.

Then his reward for turning the corner in his career from 1st round bust to solid producer is the bench? Sick beat if all there is to it is the coaching staff deciding he just isn't in the same league as Moore and Ford.
I'd guess that he didn't stay in Oakland to work with Carson Palmer during the bye week and all the other guys did.

Re: 2011 Fantasy Football general discussion thread

Sidebet question: I offered on thursday morning to bet my friend that my starting rb's (rb1 and 2 each week) outscore his over the remainder of the season.

My rbs: mccoy, dmc/bush, bradshaw, pierre thomas, kevin faulk
his rbs: rice, forte, blount, lynch, morris.

He didn't see it til friday morning after bush blew up, but said he would have accepted if he had. Who gets the better of this bet? My thought was that my top 2 at least match his (slight edge imo) and my depth means im freerolling on injuries.

other than bradshaw > blount, i'd rather have his side. top twos are very close but his bench is better (lol pierre, lol faulk when his bench guys are guaranteed touches).

His first big game was the week before Davis died. He had three solid games after that though. Rotoworld says he was on the field for all but 6 snaps against the Chargers, so it could just be an aberration or timing issues with Palmer. Or he might just not be that good. I guess we'll see.

Re: 2011 Fantasy Football general discussion thread

I get the weird impression that Lance Moore not practicing might in fact mean he's going to be more involved this week. NO is always trying to be unpredictable, they have been struggling a bit over the past few games, and in the games they haven't been able to move the ball with others, they were able to move it once they started to going to Moore.
