Also who do you cut? Currently I am cutting Washington favoring Maclin... Thoughts?
I hope you have a good waiver order pick, but I'd drop a D or TE before dropping any of those RBs or WRs. <----coming from a guy who never keeps 2 Ds or TEs

The team isnt very good: f jones, green-ellis, a. johnson, s. moss, p harvin, garcon, tolbert, & moreno.

My RBs: c. johnson, s. jackson, best, d. thomas, and torain. Wrs: nicks, branch, wayne, n washington, burress, floyd, and heyward-bey.

I was wondering something reasonable I could offer him. was thinking torain and washington for stafford. or maybe stafford for a RB (not sure which one).

Any suggestions?
One more Q's: Should I trade D. Thomas for Maclin?

I am 1-4 and am in last place (10th) and only 6 make the playoffs. Tebow is on a bye.

Re: 2011 Fantasy Football general discussion thread

E Decker, Plaxico, and N Washington were dropped in my league and I could use some depth at wr. Who do I take for long term upside? Decker has Orton no more but is ranked as 8th best reciever in my league thus far, Plax is on a team that likes to run and Washington seemed better with Britt around. FWIW DHB and D Baldwin are also available.

Is J Graham for MJD a fair trade? For McGahee? Or do I try and trade Witten for either back?

Okay at 1 -4 you are kind of already ****ed.

I would just offer him a choice of RB for a QB.

I would say no cause you need to trade away a rb to get a qb so that would leave you pretty thin 2 lose 2 rbs.

So which one do you want then? Hint: SJax is younger.

Do you guys think Tim Tebow would be an upgrade over Matt Ryan? I do, but how much of an upgrade? This is the question.

I'd prob take Decker for upside, but Wash is a bit safer...Plax is garbage imo.

Graham is nowhere near worth MJD...McGahee is closer but I don't have much faith in Willis ROS.

I have Tebow ranked around 11-12 right now, and Ryan around 14-16, so to answer your question, he is an upgrade of 2-5

People are ranking Tebow based on a few plays? I mean I snagged him on waivers like everyone else. But I'm really not expecting THAT much. Just gambling as my QB2.

More than a few plays...mostly what he did at the end of last year (although it was under a diff coach).

Teebow has 3 1/2 games as QB and he's put up elite QB1 fantasy points over that span. Not a great sample but it's not just a few plays. It's ok not to expect too much as he's high variance but if we did a draft again I'd probably take him in the top 10 out of QBs.
