Has anyone been paid recently? Who is still owed money and now much?

I'm owed quite a bit from last year, but he's always been a good commish so I'm hopeful. I'd be willing for a payment plan or even credit into future leagues for part of it.

I'm glad I came upon this thread. I won Fernando's 2+2 $100 Auction Roto Studs League (team Do the Wright Thing) and am owed $600. He emailed me on 10/16, apologizing for the delay and promising to pay out that weekend. I've gotten no payout and haven't heard from him since. I've emailed several times since then and have gotten no response.

I've played in his leagues before and he's never taken this long to pay. I've read through the posts, but not sure what to do? Is there someone I should contact specifically? I'm also currently in one of his football leagues, so there's that too.

Well now we know where he got the money for basketball and baseball payouts. What a scumbag, definitely thinking it's website time.

Ya this is getting out of hand. Maybe Yahoo should be contacted, at the very least he should not be allowed to commission leagues. Meanwhile he needs to either present a plan for repayment or there will be consequences. Although I am not currently owed money from his leagues, as someone who has directed others to his leagues I feel obligated to help in this mess. I'll make some inquiries and report back tonight.

He still owes me $1000, down from $1200. I wish he'd show his face here and own up to his mistake because I think he truly intends to pay out. He's been shipping me $100/week.

FWIW, I would be more than willing to commish 2+2 baseball leagues going forward. I already commished 2 baseball leagues last year with a bunch of 2+2'ers, and have been doing so for the last 5 years.

He gave me the run around for just over a month before finally paying me out a couple of weeks ago. I guess that's nothing compared to how long some other people have been waiting to get their money. Originally I was trying to contact him at his "guy incognito" gmail account but somebody else on this thread gave me a second email to contact him at and it actually got results. Mind you, I was pretty blunt with him that I wanted my money and mentioned the creation of a scammer site if he didn't pay. That seemed to get a response and he paid me a few days later. If anyone needs his second email address, PM me and i'll do my best to help.

I'm definitely steering clear of any of his pools in the future. If Colombo or anyone else is willing to commish 2+2 baseball leagues going forward, I would be interested in joining. Keep me posted.

Has the nonpayment issue been made known among the FFB leagues he manages? Not that there's much anyone could do about it now, as he's presumably used FFB buy-ins to fund FBB payouts. Those people might be the ones who really get the short end.

Emailed members from past leagues asking to report here if they have not been paid.

Baseball alone he ran (5) $100 leagues, @12 teams each for $6k in escrow. Im not sure about football as it not showing up on his current yahoo profile. I imagine its similar.

So thats actually over $8400 in baseball for 2015 and currently at least $3400 in football. While it appears at least part of that has been paid out, obv not all.

Also 1 basketball for another $1200.

Sent Fernando an email urging him to post in this thread and come clean or present a plan, or further actions will be taken.

I emailed him on his other email account (thank you PlayerHaters) and got a response right away. He says he'll pay me within two weeks. I guess that's better than nothing, but well see if he comes through. I'll keep you updated.
