Is there a passing stat where "Get Rick Mitch" isn't near last? I dunno how Burton thrives there. Arob is surviving in PPR but in standard he's near worthless too. I think Arob in standard is something like the 50th ranked WR. No idea what the hope for Burton is.

Bears destroyed themselves taking Mitch over the other 2 QB's from that class. And it's a shame because they'd be SB contenders with either other QB at the helm.

I'd prefer Michel. He's a RB, he doesn't have the implode potential, NE spent a first rounder on him. But I'd cut Allison and Barber to hold both.

If he takes it thats a nice deal for you. You'd be getting the 2 best players in the deal, or at minimum 2 of the top 3.

If I'm the other owner I turn it down without any hesitation and keep Cooks/Mixon.

was just offered Landry straight up for Edelman in ppr; thoughts? 3wr/flex league my WRs are: Adams, Cooks, J Brown, Baldwin, Edelman

edit: doesn't sound like he would do the trade today, so I wouldn't be able to start Landry over John Brown this week and would still eat another week of Edelman's suspension - not as appealing now but still seems close

In PPR league this week I’m playing Riddick as my second RB so I sure hope you’re right. Bench: Williams @WAS (and in general), Buck Allen (vsDEN)and Yeldon. Dropped Wilkins 🧐

If I had Collins I might be worried more about his workload, but who knows...

for team2 - Drop Dalton and pick up some RB waiver timeshare / lotto ticket. It's a 10-team YPL with 15 man rosters; surely there are decent RB options available.

(You should prob drop one of your marginal WRs too for a waiver RB - or try to package 2 of them in some trade - I hate rostering 2 BAL WRs)

I like Burkhead, but they spread the ball around so much in NE, it really caps his ceiling.

I'd go Royce. He hasn't had one target this season AND Lindsay is out performing him.

But I agree, Burkhead would be the other option .

I'm team Rex because he has a high ceiling attached to a great offense. Freeman does have the higher floor, but Rex has proven he can be a valuable asset while Freeman has done anything but. Lindsay just looks better. Apparently has since camp. Michel's coming off an injury.

And the game script didn't favor Rex against Jax. That is unlikely in most games.

Burton will have a few good games, but I'm not sure I like his every week value.

I have already picked up Dissly, but I still kept Burton.

Is Burton worth dropping for any of these other guys?

I kind of like James the most out of those guys, with Howard close behind. But I'm still not sure I like any of them more than Burton, even with Burton's first two weeks.

I completely agree and when coupled with the focus on ARob and the low ceiling for the offense overall (along with Howard being legit and game scripts in his favor), there just aren't enough touches and TDs to go around. They're manufacturing touches for Taylor Gabriel as well.

I'm going with OJ, they throw all day and Jameis likes him too, and he's got crazy skills. Hooper and Burton get more targets, but only Hooper might do something with them imo.

I also feel like I'll be able to reacquire Burton if Trubes starts acting like a real QB.
