Greetings all and apologies if this is posted in the wrong place.
I've been focussing pretty much exclusively on 6max cash fast fold poker (at stars, full tilt and party poker) for the last three years and have reached a bit of a stalemate. The good news is that I am a consistent winner over decent sample sizes but only at very low levels (6bb/100 @ 5nl, 1bb/100 @ 10nl and losing long term at anything above). However, I'm getting a little tired of grinding up my roll for shots at higher levels only to drop back down and repeat.
So, as I at least have managed to get my poker to the point where it is self-funding, I can now give pretty much anything a try and am looking for suggestions. I've always preferred the dynamic of shorter handed games with deep blind structures but will happily give anything a go (although hold em preferably). I guess the real question is what's your main choice of game and why? Alternatively, should I just stick to what I'm already doing and just keep trying to improve?

Accept that you cannot beat poker at limits where the money you win is meaningful. Most players are losers or breakeven and you fit into that category. Give up and find a day job, because if you can't beat 25nl, you have no chance of making a lot of money from this game.

Perhaps invest in some poker education before your next shot.
