Two questions on "Equilibrium"

I'm reading the book "Kill Everyone"; I especially like the Equilibrium & ICM chapters.
Question 1:
In the Equilibrium chapter they discuss a push range assuming the caller plays top 20% hands. But what if I think that the caller has a different calling range, say top 30% - how do I calculate my push range for that?
Question 2:
All the HU "push/fold" charts on the internet don't specify villain's estimated calling range, which I thought is important. Are all these charts assuming a specific calling range (like top 20%)?
