Maybe its appropriate to only play half my normal range during first hour?
Since when rebuy comes an hour after start of tourney u get double the chips for same price?
For ex I get 3000 chips for 55 bucks in tourney i play.
Then after first hour I get 6000 for 55 bucks.
Might it be correct to only play half starting hands I'd normally play due to his factor?

I dont know.
Just read about the new party rebuys that might be after one busts? Was just thinking that one can play such as a cash game till no more rebuys and one doesnt have a double stack to give some room for pushing small edges. Nice to get back in the tournament with a rebuy, two in one tournament, just wouldnt rebuy to a starting stack after one hour with the same price and it might be a no rebuy with a 6k rebuy also if much under an average stack before the rebuy time. Playing just half the hands is a good way to no rebuy then.

I guess you mean the addon after one hour long rebuy period? Usually the addon is a bit bigger than the rebuy in terms of chips, but not in terms of big blinds compared to a rebuy at the start of the tournament.
Most experienced players including myself tend to play more hands during the rebuy period, because alot of opponents spew alot and accumulating a stack is basically risk-free as long as you can afford to rebuy. You have to accumulate in rebuy tournaments alot faster btw. I would strongly advise you not to play rebuy tournaments if you search for reasons not to rebuy as often as you have to.
The most important rebuy btw is the first one right at the beginning of the tourney, since the game is at that point the softest, because all the weaker players still have their chips. If you reach the addon-period alot of weaker players already have busted and its way more risky to get a double up. Sure its important to still always take the addon, but its far more important to rebuy as often as necessary right from the beginning.
