Postflop Nash Equilibrium? Postflop Nash Equilibrium?

I want to know if there are any articles/calculators on postflop nash. Let say this is HUSNG, BTN minraised 85%, you are BB and you'll flat with hands from 25%-65%. Flop comes Ts8s4h and SPR=3. BTN cbets 100%, and your only options are jam or fold here. If you jam, BTN will call correctly according to his equity versus your jamming range. How can I calculate the correct jamming range?

This is a very easy problem to solve with CardRunners EV. You insert the stack sizes, blinds, and flop, and then it's just a click of a button and the software will give you the ranges, including the EV of the individual hand combos.

This is a serious question. Because I don't know what postflop nash is. Are you asking how Steve Nash would play post flop? I think he would go all in.
