Hi
Does anyone know the best way of getting game statistics on these such as:
Probabilities of players making different calls based on hole cards, position in table, chips count etc.
I want to model this as part of a college project. Ideally what I would want is a table with 1000s of hands with decisions (fold, call, raise (1*BB,2*BB etc.)) and values of various factors that I want to model such as card values, chip count, stage in game, blinds, no of players left etc). I would then model this using a generalised linear model to determine prob(decision(player I, factor1i, factor2i, ...) = x.
I know pokerstars does not publish this information but are there any other sources anyone could recommend? I don't mind making assumptions on these factors in the absense of any concrete data as long. As they are reasonable.
Any advice would be very welcome.
Thanks

prob the best / only way I can think of is to data mine millions and millions of hands...filter for known hole cards that get shown on the river. this would only give you a clue though because lots of hands won't reach the river.
you could also see what hands are 3 bet and get to show down and rule those out.
seems like a pretty impossible task
