I've noticed in a number of pots that have been shown down that firstly when a pot is raised that if one of them calls the other often calls as well. and subsequently to this I've noticed that when a winning hand is shown by the overcaller it is far from a premium preflop raise calling hand..
As my paranoia / suspicion has grown I've also noticed that when one of them bets (turns usually) the other will raise.
I don't mind this too much as I'm gaining value on my hands and draws.
My question is - If they are colluding. What advantage are they gaining or are they shooting themselves in the foot by giving the other players better odds / value?
Most likely they're just too aggressive regs gambling it up. People calling raises with garbage in a live PLO game is not unusual at all, especially when there's an overcall. On the flop generally you should play tighter when there's an aggressive player behind. If they're just going bet, (you call), pot, pot with virtually their entire range, that should be incredibly profitable for you since its not hard to make strong hands in PLO.
