i was recently watching the live commentary of one of the wsop events
which was pl holdem and the one of the analysts stated

"he has 7 big blinds,thats like having 14 big blinds in NL holdem"

there was quite a few comments like this

i obviously know you can only bet the pot,but whats the thinking here

Maybe it means that in NL you'd be in shove or fold mode at 7BB, but in PL that doesn't apply.

i thought that aswell but your never gonna bet the pot and fold with 7bb,
