Not really that simple. E.g. we'd consider KQ a value hand, but it's probably a 3b regardless of how often the BTN is folding, and when that isn't true, the relationship between f23b and slowplay desirability isn't going to be positively linear: against a 100% f23b you make +3.5 bb 3b-ing a standard open, but EV
call approaches EV
3b at some lower f23b; you'd make less against a 80% f23b, for example. AA is a value hand too, but we'd probably rather slowplay if BTN folds a ridiculous amount.
