NASH RANGES - Am i using the right E.S.? NASH RANGES - Am i using the right E.S.?

This will probably look like a beginner question, but hey, who cares

It just occurred me I may be using this in a wrong way and wow...this would be sick, so...I really need to clarify this. The better way to ask, I guess, is to show some screenshots and to make direct questions:

Question/screenshot 1:

When looking to Nash range charts, I know the effective stack is what it counts. I know, therefore, the effective stack here is that one from the SB.
My doubt is this one:
He is shoving 5.75bbs. To know if this is a call accordingly to Nash should I take in account those 5,75bbs or should I take in account the 4,75bbs (the
285 chips I have to call)?

Question/screenshot 2

Here, I am the pusher (or not).
What is the effective stack here?
6.25 - being the result of 375/60?
OR
7.25 - being the result of (375+60)/60. Should I count the already put blind or not? (I think not...)

Thanks!

There are actually instructions at the bottom of the charts, including this example:
Quote:
SB (9.0bb): T3s
BB (6.0bb): Q2o
(Note: Stacks at the beginning of the hand, before posting!)

The effective stack size is the smaller of the two, before posting any blinds. So the relevant stack size for both players in this hand is 6.0 big blinds.

To find the strategy for SB's T3s, check the green area (suited hands) of the "Pusher" chart. The value for T3s is 7.7bb, and since that is larger than the current effective stacks the hand is a push in the Nash Equilibrium strategy.

To determine if the BB should call with his Q2o, check the orange area (offsuit hands) of the "Caller" chart and locate Q2o. The value there is 5.6bb. The effective stacks in the current hand are larger than the value for Q2o, so this hand is a fold in the Nash Equilibrium strategy.
Let me know if anything else is unclear that isn't covered by the current instructions and I'll add more info.

Bold for emphasis.

First, thank you very much for answering.
Second: why the *** am I seeing a truck photo instead of my screenshot?! I laughed so much...for a moment I thought I was dreaming!

Hmm...my charts don't have that.
Don't get me wrong, but the help would be easier if you had answered exactly my questions, hence the work I had on posting those 2 photos (not the truck! lol )

So, just to confirm, on my first question:
Quote:
He is shoving 5.75bbs. To know if this is a call accordingly to Nash should I take in account those 5,75bbs or should I take in account the 4,75bbs (the
285 chips I have to call)?
The answer is: the number I want is 5,75 bbs, right?

On my second question
Quote:

6.25 - being the result of 375/60?
OR
7.25 - being the result of (375+60)/60. Should I count the already put blind or not? (I think not...)
The answer is 7.25?

btw, that screenshot that has replaced by a truck (ahaha i will never use TINYPIC again) is this one: http://prntscr.com/ffwt3c

Not sure which charts you are using then, but my guess would be that they probably work the same. (And yes, 5.75bb and 7.25bb looks right in that case.) Hard to give a definitive answer w/o additional information, check the source of the charts for instructions i guess?

(I don't see any truck fwiw Maybe your proxy server is doing something weird, idk.)

All is sort out then! Thanks!

About the truck, this seems like a lucid dream. Every time I come here, to this post and I see that truck, I have to do a reality check to know if I am dreaming or not! ahaha (check out lucid dream )

Wow, is that possible !? I'm a noob on that kind of proxy weirdness. Anyway, the truck is not there any more and this is out of the initial thread.
Thanks, and gl/skill on the tables.
