Let's say there is a player who only plays AA. Now, let's say that we know 100% he only plays AA, but he doesn't know we know.

Would it ever be possible to play a long term winning strategy against him?

I meant to ask, can you play a long term winning strategy with any 2 cards? I know you are always losing against him preflop, but once the flop comes everything can change.

Minbet every time it's your turn. Fold if he raises. If he just calls, shut down unless you have odds vs aces. You will make a lot of money this way.

If he only plays 1/220 hands or whatever the exact odds are, then he's folding every other time i.e. he folds more than a couple of hundred big blinds before he makes a move. So try not to lose two buy-ins to him when he calls or raises.

Does he get dealt AA every hand, or only as often as expected?

How deep are stacks? At sufficiently deep stacks I believe you can see a flop with ATC and make money or even 3-bet for value.

You'l make way more if you know how to use your perceived range to make him fold postflop... Rusty doesn't know how to do this... Funnily enough, this'd work better if he did know that we knew he had AA

He didn't ask for the best strategy. He asked whether there was one that would win long term. I chose one that is very easy to understand and even, if one would like to, estimate the EV of.

Also, you might not win more if he doesn't fold...

Right, or even worse he folds around 20% of the time. And I would argue that's probably the case for micro/low stakes online poker where you have 100bb stacks and standard (3x) sized raises.

I suppose this is where I add that you only gave a vague platitude, and nothing like an actual employable strategy?
