How to deal against opponents who defends a wide range in BB

Hero had a lot of ploblems in a live Tournament few days ago, because of the opponents who used to defend 24s in the BB.
How should i start adjusting my gameplan against these kind of villains ?
Should I tight my opening range ? Should i maybe create a limp dynamic at the table in late position ? Or maybe start opening a little bit bigger, like : 3x,4x or even 5x.
And after the flop, obviusly, try to c-bet as many flop as i can ?
Any thought is welcome

Open bigger, c bet a higher frequency, double and triple barrel wider for value and as bluffs comes to mind immediately.

Do they play fit-or-fold postflop? do they have inelastic ranges when defending? 3betting frequency? are they hopeless calling stations or can play back?
A low fts% doesn't tell you the whole story.
P.s: don't limp.

against bb that doesn't overfold, you definitely need to consider constructing a limping range. (mainly sb, dunno about the button)
and no, you should not increase your cbet freq. just because the bb defends "wide".
