Over the last year I did turn Buddhist and quit after my first ever 25 buy in downswing, but now I'm back at the tables and destroying the games for 20bbs over the last two months. I'm playing 1-2 right now but am moving to 400 as we speak.
I always played purely exploitatively at the tables. I'm very good at it. Only over the last few months have I really started to look at balance.

You could also call this "NL200" or "200NL" which is far more common in internet games. So above, OP was describing himself as someone who play in $100 and $200 buyin games.
