he's beats 2/5 regularly and can beat average 5/10 lineup. dabbles in mtts. v small sample but he generally knowswhat he's doing/won't make mistakes in early/middle stages of tournament. has played a couple hundred tourneys online at 26 and under and showed v small profit

guy he's playing 2/5 with who's terribad offers my friend a freeroll in the 500$ 100k gt at borgata if he does a 3k last longer. lots of factors/questions could be asked to contribute to what's fair.

let's assume
1- he gets to hold onto last longer so no chance of freeroll
2- he's a favorite in the 500$ t field ie- xxxreasonable roi idk what to say
3-the old man has 17 cashes lifetime for less than 84k on hendon mob db, rich guy looking for action to make tourney more fun. he's retired and plays lots of tournaments

-- assume it's a 3500$ tournament, charge 1.15 so 1/3 of the t is 1207. so i figured 2 pple take 1/3 and he puts up 600$ to get 1/3 of the t and 1/3 of the last longer?

what would be fair?
