Game with mandatory button straddle, no blinds

Say you were playing a live NLHE game where the dealer always posts $5, the action starts to his immediate left and goes back to the button, and there are no blinds.
How would you adjust your 9max opening range? Open even tighter in the traditional blind positions than you would utg? How does this affect your pre sizing? Buyin considerations (seeing as there is no 'big blind')?

Tighter, limp whole range unless iso raising limpers.

Yeah, that's kind of what I was leaning toward. Thanks for the reply.
So this particular game the button actually has the choice of posting $5-25 ($5 post is about 70% of the time) in $5 increments and anyone can straddle from any position. Very loose action players. It plays more like a crazy $5/10 game with 1k pots 2-3 times on average every orbit. I'm guessing you want to buyin at least $2k (though the average player is buying in $200-500) and need a larger than average roll to sustain variance.
