Essentially the same mistake as in your other thread. That's a permutation, it counts order e.g. AK vs KA. You have to divide that by 2. Or you can do what statmanhal did, choose the 2 ranks first and then choose their suits: C(5,2) * C(4,1)

What Nitti did is also valid: he used permutations in both the numerator and denominator. If you're gonna say 20*16 in the numerator, your denominator has to be (52 P 3) = 52*51*50. (But then you have to remember to multiply by 3. 20*16 counts order of A relative to the K, but does not yet count where the 8 can be positioned. There are 3 possible spots for the 8, so P_Nitti correctly multiplied by 3.)
