Hi Guys

I'm looking for content about frequencies and unexploitable poker.
I would like to improve my game by knowing how often i should cbet flop / cbet turn / cbet river / call cbet flop / call cbet turn/ call cbet river/ fold to 3 bet/ call 3 bet/ raise 3 bet ect.

Thanks guys!

Correct frequencies shouldn't be your goal to aspire to, but rather the correct frequencies will come as the result of good poker.

More importantly, it's not the frequency with which one cbets, but rather it's which hands one cbets and which sizing one chooses.

Thanks, nice answer.
my target is to learn that i'm not playing exploitable poker. For example, I know that if I'm folding to 3bet 90% of the time - I'm folding to much and if I'm calling 3bet 90% of the time - I'm calling to much. I am looking to understand how to figure out the frequencies I should check / call /fold in particular spots.

Thanks

Well it starts with your opening range. Then someone once someone 3 bets, you put them on a range based on the positions and 3 bet sizing. Ask yourself, "should I 4 bet?" If you have a really good hand, the answer is likely yes. If you don't have a really good hand, then ask yourself, "can I profitably call?" This answer will depend on your hand, the opponent's range, the 3 bet sizing, implied odds, and how bad your opponent is at poker.

You should look up GTO for heads up poker. You can find content about optimal bluffing frequency, minimum defense frequency, etc. It's not going be profitable as playing exploitably but it's useful information to know.
