My genetic algorithm comes up with:
AA KK QQ JJ TT 99 88 AKs 77 AQs AJs AKo ATs AQo AJo KQs 66 A9s ATo KJs A8s KTs KQo A7s

for an EV of $60.9529

This is the same range as I got by starting with nothing and adding the next highest equity hand, using my approximations above, so I think it's probably pretty good. Adding or removing any individual hand above or below this range affects things only a few cents.
