Calculating equity in multiway pot (preflop overcall spot)

Hi,
Let's say BTN shortstack shoves, then SB shortstack calls, and we are in the BB.
If we have a decent estimation of what our equity is vs BTN range, and a decent estimation of what our equity is vs SB range, is there any trick to make a decent estimation of our equity in this 3 way pot?
Same general question with N Villains instead of 2 (N=5, 4 or 3).
Is there any formula, or a good general rule for such an estimation?

PS : btw, are there any overcalling charts available? This doesn't reply to my question, but at least, it would help.
