If you are first to act, you can't really fold or at least you shouldn't. Since your bluff can't come from your value hands, your bluff will always be part of your CHECKING range.
The interesting question is, what you should do if you are second to act and the other guy bets into you. Obviously folding is an option, but certainly CHECKING is not.
