4bet bluffing a nit? 4bet bluffing a nit?

Just a little while ago, I got 3bet big blind vs blind by a guy with 3% 3bet (from 1k hands). I sigh-4bet with AKs, and to my surprise he folded. So, what's up with that? I have standard TAG image, even somewhat looser, and a top 3% range should always be willing to get it in. Maybe a positional thing?

Does that mean I should 4bet bluff guys like this at least with AQ in some positions?

depends a little on your opponents skill but I like limping in from the small blind for the most part then if you have a big hand you can limp reraise. Although if they almost never raise then you probably want to raise the top of your range to not lose value. It is hard to win money out of position unless you are playing against a maniac or a guy why will only call you with the nuts so it is better to keep the pot small
