to play or not to play

When I first started playing I opened several accounts on sites that offered freerolls. That proved to be a mistake now, due to not being able to get new member signing bonus, but that's another issue. I told myself when I started cashing in the freerolls I would move to real money. I finally got to where I cashed in a few freerolls, which wasn't any easy task for me. About this time I moved to WA state which has casinos and I started playing live. Now I'm back in NC (moving to FL in a year) and want to play online for real money.

I'm worried about not being able to withdraw one day if UIGEA kicks in full force. Is this a viable concern? Should I stick to Poker only sites vs. Poker/Sports betting sites? There is one I like but worried US govt make crackdown on them harder due to the sportsbook.

Hope this is in right section. Thanks

There will always be some way to get money out of a poker site. Whether that is cheque, bank wire, etc. The governments goal is not to rip off millions of the american population out of their money.

There is some risk due to the UIGEA, but not enough that you shouldn't play, imo. You do have less risk at the poker-only sites.

They already stole millions, but the sites have high enough rake to cover it.

.

And at this point, I still don't have to get off my ass to do anything to move money from site to bank account. Just a few clicks and a few days waiting. The only thing is I rub my titties with my debit cards nowadays, but it's just not the same as teh dollar billz.
