This just came from our counsel in Louisville:
"The Supreme Court has set oral argument in Com.of Ky. v. IMEGA et al for 11 a.m. on Thursday October 22, 2009 in the Supreme Court courtroom. The order allots 15 minutes for each side."
I've got to say, a nice pick-me-up. The only thing better than beating Gov. Beshear on this thing in his state's Court of Appeals will be beating him again in his state's Supreme Court.
