Facebook Group: "It's OK to Play: Support i-Gaming"

Legislators that are considering support for the various i-gaming and online poker bills out there have consistently referred to the industry as the gaming choice of "the Facebook Generation".

We're supporting a new page on Facebook that takes a high-level, supportive take on the industry

Facebook Groups - OK to Play: Support i-Gaming

This isn't meant to be a straw man for an "astroturf" (read: "fake grassroots") effort. The simple goal is to show growth in numbers of members to the page.

Whether you think we should concentrate on poker, or have a big tent philosophy, by joining, all you are simply saying is: "Wake up government. I like to play, and i-gaming is here to stay."

I hope you'll consider joining this page, and possibly asking other to join, as well.

Thanks,

Joe@iMEGA

Chairman Brennan,

I know this isn't the right post, but please if you could update us on your proceedings regarding the intrastate poker bill by Lesniak in New Jersey...I know you were working closely with him.

Thank you,
Michael of NJ

Michael,

There are now bills in both the NJ Senate and Assembly for i-gaming. The target is for debate in both houses this spring, votes by the fall.
