They probably allowed you to play on RPM by mistake and now they have seen this mistake after your recent big wins (after doing security checks) and closed your account. Just wait and see what they send via Email but I think this is the reason.

This is exactly what I suspect happened. After winning in Roulette, the player in question sent out a number of P2P transfers. This triggered an in depth security review, and the analyst managed to link up his new account to a prior one self excluded for gambling problems.

This then became a regulatory compliance issue. The second the accounts are linked, they have to shut him down.

The OP has been in touch with me via live chat and I have instructed him on how to clear up this issue. Due to restrictions his account will remain closed.

Re: WP RPM!

yep i havent got any reply not yet from security, but anyway i have normally played a long time on rpm and this wasant first time when i played couple spin in roulette when i waited my tourneys start, so reason can be allso that they have closed my aco**** because im up from roulette maby 10-15k. Ihave played allready long time on rpm poker without any problems and have made couple cashouts..

allso they have made security check many month ago when i verifed my account, and they have told me that all fine and i can play so its not my fault and i should get all money back.

It is your fault. You told a gaming company that you have a gambling problem. The repercussions of that, which you are now facing, are standard.

I have every confidence that you will get your money back though.

Re: WP RPM!

this have happen before in some other places, if u have won"too much" they have closed your account but everytime i have got my money back.

Allso they dont have any mention in rules that if u have closed some account in same network long time ago u get networkbann instantly. But anyway we dont know what is the reason and they can always say whatever they want, i dont say that this happened but i have 10 years experiance from poker online and casino sites so i know what i talking a bout.. but lets wait a reply.
