wtf is going on there? i dont have any gambling problems so wtf? i won about 5k from roulette there and thats it, now they closed my account!! i wanna all my funds away from that crap site. Now i cant even play my tournaments, blow 600$ for those tourneys then.

Wow that is pretty ****ed up.....I can understand them not wanting you to play the casino games if you took them for a few thousand or are just some sick degen, but to close your account and not let you play poker especially in the middle of a few mtt's running doesn't seem right at all....

Have you ever emailed them and asked for a self exclusion for a period of time because you was angry about loosing or sent any kind of mail on the lines of this etc? Remember alot of Poker-sites/skins are linked with one another if you complain to one the other will hear about it.

nope i havent ever sent any like that, i may have closed long time ago some merge skin, but very strange if this is reason, i guess not, i have allready played a long time on rpm and have made few cashouts without problems.

What was the reason for closing your previous merge skin?

If you made any mention of a gambling addiction when closing said account then this could be the reason why your RPM account has now closed as this regulation of closing a players account due to a gambling issue will carry over to the new network.
You say you have played there for a long time but maybe you just slipped through the cracks of the system and only recently did your account get flagged after security checks when you won in the casino?

but it little strange that they close my account when i have sessions going on plus they havent send me any mail, anyway if i have closed some kind of gambling problem long long time ago some merge skin, why they then have allowed me play there rpm and usually its not network rules, i can still play in some other skins.. but anyway this is not my fault if this is the case and they have allowed me to play there, so at least they should refund all my money and keep closed my account.

no no not rpm, havent ever send like that mial to rpm, nothing. i cant remember but if i have closed some merge skin its about 3 years ago or something..

If your previous account was closed on Merge because of gambling problems then this means you can not play on any skin on Merge again these are the T&C rules.

They probably allowed you to play on RPM by mistake and now they have seen this mistake after your recent big wins (after doing security checks) and closed your account. Just wait and see what they send via Email but I think this is the reason.

But you agreed to their T&Cs that you must not create another account on any other skin, so by having an RPM account you broke these rules and sadly they wont refund your games you was in at the time they closed your account.

But again just wait for their reply.
