I guess servers went down for a minute but I wonder why you closed only some of the sngs and left some open I have no clue if I lost some chips when the servers came down. It's happening again ftw...

The servers were experiencing an issue which caused several tournaments to be shut down. Any tournament that is currently running was unaffected by the server issue. I apologize for the inconvenience. All shutdown tournaments were refunded as per the Merge cancellation policy.

All players have been refunded as per the Merge cancellation policy. You can view the amounts you were credited in the corresponding lobby.

paying out cash seems crazy. with the 109 coupon you are def getting at least 9 bucks back. giving out cash people will insta withdrawl.

They should have gave everyone a ticket. I'm pissed getting 88 bucks when I was guaranteed a 109 ticket if the servers didn't crash, nobody should get more than 109, it's just silly.

This.

I saw one of these get canceled and looked at the payouts. Its absurd.
No one at merge is capable of doing ICM calculations?

LOL at ICM calculations for 150 players. Don't even know if computers are capable of this with present technology(maybe they are).

wtf!

i just played some hyper husngs and software mustve lagged or somtin and wouldnt bring up the tables when the game was supposed to start up, i then restart rpm and 2 tables pop up where im severely short stacked on both. my connection was good, internet worked fine so i dunno if i want to play on this site again tbh, i 4 table so this could cost me a bunch of buyins if it happens again, this isnt the first it happend too.

I can tell the same thing would happen to me if I played there right now.


Notice how those tables at the top of my lobby have the little clock and they are pinned. I reg'd for these games. But it says 0 people registered and the lobby which I opened is empty. This was a tell tale sign that something wasn't right. 1 of the tables that filled I did get to play and it opened on its own but it still says 2/6 players registered and it won't update.

the worst part about it is that Merge refuses to admit it's THEIR ****ING PROBLEM and not on our end

many players on multiple threads have complained about this, cash, MTT, and SNG players alike

Yea I had a lock rep admit it was a problem a few months back on this forum and they were trying to recreate it but couldn't. That was a month ago and Idk if they followed through.

They don't care. Either that, or they're incompetent. Maybe both.

I've given up trying to "report" the problem to support. The only thing I can do now is be ancillary to any post or thread that comes up about someone getting jizzed on for every table they're at because the client inexplicably locks up temporarily.

As of a few days ago, we were informed by Merge Gaming that there are no known issues with the software that would be causing this problem.

We have, however, received a number of reports with regard to this issue and are asking that anybody experiencing these problems send e-mail directly to support@rpmpoker.eu with all relevant information, including screen shots, tournament IDs, etc.

I will be happy to follow up and see if there is any new information, and as soon as I receive any word I will post it.

I have received some more information regarding this issue.

Merge Gaming became aware of an issue on Friday with the SnG games list showing stale results in the lobby. Essentially what this meant was that games were showing as being in the registration period when they had actually already started. This was resolved late Friday afternoon.

If anybody experienced any difficulty, please e-mail support@rpmpoker.eu with all relevant information so you may be offered support in this case. Or, chat in live during the regularly scheduled hours for help.

Your support is awful. I have been getting the sng reg bug every day and I probably lose 5-10 buyins equity every day and nothing but silence from your support team. On Sunday I told them to look into an especially brutal occasion where I didn't notice until I had 4 or so tables I opened w/ like 1 bb each have heard nothing from them yet. Also why do they have to know what tables were affected I told the exact time of the incident besides there may have been tourneys that I never knew were effected if they never opened and I never caught them.
