Some problems i've experienced so far:

Lobby froze, had to restart.

Huge lag when trying to access some of the lobby stuff (display settings/lobby settings/tournament coupons/opening tournament lobbies/etc)

Tournament coupon section is showing every tournament coupon i've ever won instead of just the tournament coupons i currently have, with no way to distinguish which is which.

Folded with all in button checked.

Add-on box not popping up 8 min. into add on break, finally popped up so added on and the add on still isn't shown in my chip count. Tourney has been on break for 17 min. now, everyone is wondering what's going on.

i dont understand why merge doesnt shut the network down till bugs are fixed? People are losing $$ and equity by playing right now, im done till i hear the lag stopped.

The fact that they are still allowing people to register for mtts speaks volumes. They are absolutely broken, and I hope they are going to refund money.

I guess they are hoping that some people will not request refunds or something.

Hi! We (and I) have been monitoring this thread all day, though we have not had occasion to make another post in it. We are aware there are issues with the software, and one of the ways to fix them is to have threads like this bring the issues to attention.

There's not much to add except please keep the reports coming as we're here to help. Merge is also monitoring this thread to ensure that the problems that are encountered can be fixed.

1) Registered a horse tournament, table couldn't load
2) No transferring of players going on in 33 3k... Sitting 1/43 when i busted last player at my table and now I'm just sitting here
3) Couldn't register more tournaments if I wanted to

now they shut it down while i'm cl... hopefully I get a good ICM chop out of this... if I just get my BI back I'll be furious

Seems like RPM just went down for maintenance... expected 2 hours and 15 mins till servers are back up.

Oh, great...here we go again. P2P transfer from another player to me was blocked because of "monthly limits," which support then told him did not exist. I can't get through to support at all (even when merge was briefly up).

I haven't read through this entire thread to see if it's already been mentioned or not. But please make sure the cash ring games you filter for actually show up in the lobby window. Just prior to RPM being taken offline for maintenance I couldn't get the filtering to show ANY cash games at the limits I was specifying.

The software has been taken offline for scheduled maintenance and will be offline for 2-3 hours. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We will be sure to post further updates when the software is back online.

Thanks, Jon. I tried to go through the poker lobby, and that was where I was running into problems. If I need support, I will be sure to go through the site. Thanks again for your response. I appreciate the level of feedback we are getting here.

Hey, in the glimpse I got, the new client looks pretty nice. I saw a lot of good additions, both in the lobby and on the tables. Looking forward to seeing the wrinkles ironed out and checking it out fully.

We also agree! In theory the software upgrade has a lot to be excited about. It's been in development for some time and there are some neat features and fixes from the previous versions.

It's unfortunate that the launch didn't go smoother than this, but once the hiccups are ironed out it should be great.

I think Merge panicked a little when Lock left, and decided to roll out this software update before it was completely ready.
