Re: Software Upgrade Thread

Tournaments/SnG's working again. Hopefully this issue doesn't happen again. You should have beta tested this or something if possible before releasing it like this.

Re: Software Upgrade Thread

How do we go about getting some "Time Filler tournaments" added like why not run a few $500 Gaurentee $11 Tournaments in the evening when you know the player base is there? They will always go past the Gaurentee so its just +EV for merge. It sucks when I can only play 7-10 tournements in an evening when I would happily play 30-40.

I think you guys are missing the psychology, the guarantee gets a critical number of people to register, then after that it snowballs. Not every tourney has to be a 2K guarantee.

Thats not to say you dont need 2-4K guarantees at this buy in, you do, thats what gets people online, but once you have us online you need to be trying to get us to register in Lots of games. The 45man SNGs just dont fill this need cause they dont attract enough people with the urgency of a guarantee that starts at a certain time.
Here is a cookbook for you to make money: between 6 and 11 EST

$2r $200 Guarantee on the 15 of every hour.
$3r $300 Guarantee on the 30 of every hour.
$11 turbo Deepstack $500 Guarantee on the 45 of every hour.
$11 Freezeout $500 Guarantee at the start of every hour.

Run these in addition to the larger Guarantees that you have. You should be viewing a $2.5 K Guarantee $11 game as somewhat promotional, as it may or may not fill up and you may have to pay the over lay. But if you have some "bread and butter Tournaments" like above you will be able to capitalize on the people that the potentially overlaid tournaments attract.

I think someone in merge thinks that 2 tourneys running at the same time compete for registration. Your totally wrong, games running induce demand, there are sooo many people that would play more tables if given the opportunity.

Releasing this is officially in the top 10 worst decisions ever made in online poker history. Its irrelevant if the games are BACK running if the client randomly closes on you smh

It does not appear to be working from the lobby, but does work if you go to the web site and click the live chat tab on the top left of the home page. Dumb, but it's the update obviously.

Re: Software Upgrade Thread

Sill lagging

The time bank starting in off and force us to click every red "x" on every table is insanely dumb.

The tables no longer ask "are you sure" when you close them. Could easily close a table by accident. Should bring this back ASAP.

Some tables still don't pop to front with action. Was playing about 10 tables and suddenly a table pops forward saying I'm removed for inactivity when I'd been playing all the others just fine. That action wasn't that fast. Still had a few seconds every hand where I'm just waiting for action.

Re: Software Upgrade Thread

Try and make a way to sit back at all games, like you have sit out at all games, and also where you can un ex the timerclock, it gets annoying if you fall behind at times on one screen and then you have like a domino effect of screens popping up that say sit out. I think if it does put you on sit out it should not pop up in front of you, maybe make the table flash in red or something so when you highlight rpm, you can see that your not on one of your tables.

Lobby is taking forever to update...games seem to be running fine.

Can't we be done with this craptacular lobby lag? How many times will it come back

The Live Chat button in the software is now 100% functional. You now have access through the client as well as through our website. Chat away!

some people seems fine and others have it, not sure what that's about.

I've noticed I get a lag when I cascade the tables after I've been moving them around.

Re: Software Upgrade Thread

has anyone figured out how to pull up the last hand played quickly? The only way i've found to do it with the new software i have to click like 4 different things to find last hand--the old software was so easy to see it with 1 simple click.
