You can change the times now by clicking the clock next to the time....so happy for this feature

In the Promotions menu I see both Rakeback and VIP Program. If I receive Rakeback, I can't use the VIP Points exchange, right?

Correct. It will simply deny you if you attempt to exchange any VIP points while subscribed to rakeback.

Finally! If you have a Mac, this is what you need minimum.

How do you increase the width of the lobby? When i grab the corner and drag it only gets longer. I need it to get wider. I'm on a mac

It's fixed width so you can't change it. It's also on the list of things suggested to be changed.

how do you keep the table from jumping! i like to tuck the tables in the corners of the screen. on the old software they just stayed there. now i tuckem in and when its my turn they jump about 1/4inch from where i put em LOL

what is the official name of the part that let u go over the last few hands you played in a tourney " hand re-player..... why would you remove that? seriously you should warn people before they spend there money that you have removed a very important feature/benefit. come on guys is all we have ever done is support ya! what is this?

The last hand feature is in the upper left hand corner. Simply click on the hand number in question and you will be taken to the history.

I am having issues with the hand history replay in the upper left hand corner. When I click to see what my opponent had nothing shows up. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I register for a sng and a small page that i cant re-size (why) opens up it tells you everything except how many players are registered and how many open spots are left ! why?
the old software included that info is there a reason why they took it out of this?

What a joke. Tournament lobbies not working, SNGs not working.

Having HORRIBLE lag issues. Had four tables open. Several times I timed out after hitting an action button (fold/bet,etc.). Was so frustrating seeing premium hands fold due to your laggy software that I quit playing.

Please fix this issue or I will have to go elsewhere to play. I like your site a lot. But it has to WORK.

Also, please make the lobby/main window FULLY resizable. I would like to make it wider on my screen and can't. Also, please allow us to hide the announcements/advertisements for your various tournaments to the left of the main lobby window listing the tables available. Especially if you don't allow us to make the lobby window wider.

Also, your dropdown filter does not work. It does not apply the checkbox filters. I still see tables matching categories I unchecked. Maybe put an "apply" button on the dropdown screen to trigger the action.

Also, during play of a tournament yesterday, the information given in the tournament's lobby was incredibly behind. For instance, it reported the big blind at 250 when it was at 2000 in actual play. It also reported about 400 more players remaining than the chat box window announced (i.e. "player X finished in 150th place" when the lobby reported 550 or so players remaining).

PLEASE HAVE YOUR DEVELOPERS LEARN AND PRACTICE PROPER, ADEQUATE QUALITY CONTROL. HAVE MANAGEMENT INSIST ON IT OR FIND NEW DEVELOPERS. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR ALL THESE BUGS IN SOFTWARE YOU DID NOT HAVE TO RUSH OUT THE DOOR.

I'm a retired software developer and know there is no excuse for this kind of stuff. It's just people doing a sloppy, bad job -- including the user staff that buys off on the software and the management that gives final approval.
