I don't envy you but I think you'd be better served to create a thread that only you can post in with regular updates that don't get intermixed with regular user's posts.

pokertracker 3.13.6 importing hands but not displaying stats or replays on table. anybody else having this problem?

So I just came in 6th in some tournament that should pay me some money. But no notification that I won anything and I clicked on cashier in the lobby and it says "no records found". So I may or may not have won money for a tournament I played for 4 hours. I'm going to go to sleep now but it sure would be nice to know if I won anything or not.

I can't find current tickets with a quick look, but I know earlier they were showing every ticket you ever won, so they probably took this down for a fix.

Point exchanges are showing under Promotions > VIP Program. I don't know if it works, but that's where it is.

I found out that there's a free public beta for PT4 in the Commercial Software section of 2+2. I'm using the Merge cluster **** as an opportunity to migrate over.

All of these things are either: A) unusable as yet, or B) easy to find with a little exploration of the new client.

I know that it's frustrating being an American player in today's climate, but once the new software update is (finally) completed, Merge will surely remain head and shoulders above our other options. Whoever calls the shots just got scared once Lock left and felt they had to roll this update out to compete with Revolution. (The update was originally scheduled for later this month). Personally, I think the new software will be pretty damn good once the bugs are fixed.

So whats the deal with refunds Seth? Still haven't heard a for sure answer what to do about the situation. I am speaking of tournys that we registered in and Merge took the buyins but the tournament itself never launched.

Want to get this figured out when we can expect those funds.

My guess is with the cluster**** they're having with the Windows client, the Mac upgrade will probably be a while. I'm just stabbing in the dark when I say I'd expect a week. As a former Mac user I understand your frustration, though.


So maybe im missing something, is the mac 6.0 diff then the pc one? Cause I dont see anything vip under promotions, and i dont have an account tab?

make sure the lobby is the forefront window..it's in the menubar.

Are tournaments going to be up and running today?? Rpmseth please ask merge this before u respond. I know a lot of things on 6.0 aren't your fault and r out of your control. But u should be able yo get a pretty clear answer on if the lag issues have been fixed. It's pretty screwed up that u and live support won't give us a real answer to this since all your after is rake, but with lock leaving u guys its prob in your best interest to be honest with your players about what bugs r fixed and what games r running cause its very ez for us to switch to lock.....

I've given it a few days but there are still several things that are a complete disaster on my Mac. In SNG's my bar drains to empty and my hands are folded even after i click the call or raise buttons. My menu for both tournaments and ring games is still extremely laggy as well.

I'm having issues with HH's importing to my Mac. Can't seem to get an answer if this is a software issue or a user issue and if it's user, how to fix it.

What version of Mac OS you running?
I have 10.6 and i cant get the software to run after i install it, it won't open

I just played a session of 20 games mostly regular/turbo 6-9m. Didn't have any issue with lag, freezing, etc with lobby or ingame, though one guy at my table did complain a bit about some lag.

Still no HM1 hud fix (think PT4/HM2 have fixes???) or hot keys though.

Swear I posted this in here...guess not haha

Any players having an issue with the Mac client will need to live chat in through the RPM Poker website to test a possible solution.

The cashier history is not showing my rake-back. Has it been moved to a different place or is it just delayed right now? If delayed is it still being tracked so I will receive it for all time played while the bugs are worked out of the update? Thanks.

Im 100% sure that i signed up for the plo8 8k with a 109 ticket, and the money was debited from my account instead of the ticket being used. Just another glitch with this faulty software. I PM'd RPM Jon and was told that they cant give me cash for the ticket which seems pretty hard to believe. I understand there are glitches but they could try harder to rectify these situations. Especially while they are still charging full rake for a subpar product! BEWARE!!!
