Just wanted to say that I use an Imac 10.6.8 and a pretty slow internet (dishnetwork) and have never had a freeze. I only 4 table and don't use any tracking software tho.

The Merge software reminds me of PokerStars years ago. If the lobby is minimized and you maximize it, it'll freeze for a moment while it updates to the current numbers. And right after my table freezes when I'm playing, it'll go into what looks like fast forward mode, running through all the hands that were played while my comp stood in idle silence...Whatever the reason is for this seems to play a major part in the problem.

Does anyone else have the recurring issue of the merge software freezing while they are playing? I play on RPM and it happens to me a few times a week at least. I have am lucky if I can open task manager and kill the program, boot it back up, and have my tables pop back up in time for me to resume play. My computer hardware is not the issue. Is there anything done to fix this issue because it is going to cost me a lot more money once I move up in stakes so I would kind of be forced to move sites....

this is standard. i dont know how many times players complained about it, yet even after the new software updates, they seem to ignore player complaints.

Mine hasn't been freezing up totally, but I have noticed recently that the action is very slow to respond when playing multiple tables. It seemed these problems were fixed but I have noticed it happening again in the past few days

Getting so sick and tired of this. For this to happen so often and to so many players is unacceptable; the software is defective. In my opinion, Merge should enjoy our rake while it lasts. Crossing my fingers for Pstars/FTilt's comeback.

Same here crashed twice within 5 minutes. But everything seems to be fine now.

Is it just me or when you click on promotions in the lobby, thn click rake to riches, everything will go to white screen, then not responding then it takes a fe wmin to shutdown and re open everything? lost a few games tyring to check my status on the leaderboards, tilting!

yeah i don't bother clicking the real money ledger during games anymore. the software simply sucks and can't perform the action without freezing everything for an hour

Anyone else having RPM/Merge lag a lot today?

I'm pretty sure it's not my computer, as everything else I've run today has been fine.
